Hi! I would love to receive your blogs and read all the interesting things The World is doing & places you are going. Let me know how I can be included. You are a very good writer. Thanks.

I am contacting you to request permission to use the attached photograph that I found on the internet, in an article that I have co-authored on urban greenways. Our manuscript has been accepted for publication in Land, a peer-reviewed scholarly journal. If you agree, the proposed acknowledgement will be included in the caption accompanying the image: “Reproduced with permission from Riccardo/Rich Edwards” (Depending on which name you prefer).
We met today in the line at the picnic. I’m so intrigued by your travels. I’d love to learn more, especially since we share a love for photography. My studio is open anytime for your visit, but also for the Studio Discovery tour this year.

Hi Rich – It’s Steve Somerstein from San Francisco. A few days ago I was over at Ken Light’s U.C. Berkeley School of Photojournalism for a marvelous presentation of the last American photojournalist to leave Afghanistan. Quite remarkable and fine photography. I thought about you and your photo-discussions in past years. Where are you these days. You seem to be endlessly perambulating around the world and enjoying yourself with new discoveries. I’m quite envious. Are you producing any journal of your travels for public consumption?
Forgive my website, as it’s under construction.
I’m working on a book of my 1965 Selma Civil Rights March photography.
Regards,
Steve
Good to hear from you and glad to hear you’re involved with ken Light, whom I know (and his wife). My blog posts are from our travels aboard our ship (660 feet long, 12 decks) are my “journal”). I am approaching 1,000 blog posts over the past 7 years… See: richedwardsimagery.wordpress.com for the latest — which I assume is how you posted a comment. Best regards,
Rich

Hi there,
I work for a UK based production company called Britespark. We are making an engineering series for the Science Channel.
I’ve just seen the pictures here of the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia – are these your pictures? Is there any way we could use them?
We would need your permission, of course. And we would be more than happy to give accreditation and come to an agreement.
Let me know if this sounds agreeable and how we could best proceed.
Regards, Alex Mann
